Here’s what happens to the information you enter on this website.
The contact-page form prepares an email on your device. Pothole HQ does not receive the details when you fill in the form or select “Prepare my email.” The form does not save your entries to a website database or browser storage.
Selecting “Open my email app” passes the draft to your email application. Review it, add any photos, and send it yourself. Selecting “Copy enquiry” copies the draft to your clipboard. You can also call or email us directly.
Information you choose to send by email or provide by phone is used to discuss your repair enquiry and any work you arrange. Include only what is needed: your contact details, property location, description of the damage, and relevant photos. Please avoid including unrelated personal details or other people in your photos.
No advertising trackers or analytics scripts have been added to this site. The hosting provider may process technical information, such as connection details, for site delivery and security. Your email provider handles messages you send through its service.
